Professor Tan Haozhe（谭好哲）

Introduction：
Prof. Tan Haozhe was born in Dec. 1955, graduated from the Department of Chinese Literature of Shandong University in 1982, and then earned his M.A and PhD degree from it while working. In 1994, Shandong University broke a rule to promote him Professor, and in 1997, he was ranked doctoral supervisor for the Literature and Art Specialty as well as Professor of Key Post recruited by Shandong University.
Prof. Tan is currently a vice president of Graduate School of the Department, Standing Deputy Director for Aesthetics Research Center of Shandong University, which is one of 100 universities Key Research Bases focusing on Humanities and Social Science. He is also vice president of the National Marxist-Leninist Texts Research Society, Managing Director of Chinese Literature Theory Society, Executive Director for the Chinese and Foreign Literary and Artistic Theory Society, Director of Chinese Aesthetics Studies as well as vice president of the Literature theory and Aesthetics sub-committee. He is also a member of Chinese Writer’s Association and member of the presidium of Shandong Writer’s Association.
