Professor Wang Ping（王平）

Introduction:
Professor Wang Ping was born in Beijing in January, 1949. Hometown is Qi country of Shanxi Province. He graduated from Chinese department of Shandong University in January, 1982. He is a Ph. D of arts, professor, tutor of doctoral students in Shandong University, vice chairman of " The Golden Lotus Chinese Research Society", director of “Chinese Institute for Romance of the Three Kingdoms ", director of " Journey to the West China Institute of Culture", director of " A Dream of Red Mansions Chinese Society", vice-chairman of " Shandong Institute of Classical Literature", and chairman of " The Golden Lotus Research Society of Shandong Province".
Major research fields: Yuan, Ming and Qing Literature and Ancient Chinese Novels.
Major publications: Psychological Study of Liaozhai’s Creation, Cultural Studies of Ancient Chinese Novels, Narrative Study of Ancient Chinese Fiction, Lan Ling Xiao Xiaosheng and the Golden Lotus, Communication Research in the Ming and Qing fiction (chief editor) and Cultural Studies of the Golden Lotus (chief editor).
