Professor Yi Pingce(仪平策)

Introduction
Prof. Yi Pingce was born in Dec. 1956, Han, in Gaomi of Shandong Province. PhD of Arts. Member of China Democratic League, Professor of  School of Literature &Journalism as well as the Research Center for Literature Theory & Aesthetics of Shandong University, Doctoral supervisor of Literature and Art Specialty. In 1980, Prof. Yi entered Department of Literature of Shandong University and earned his B.A degree. Then, he was accepted to study in Literature and Art Specialty as Master in 1984 and has been working in Department of Literature up to now. Shandong University promoted him lecture and associate lecture in 1989 and 1997, promoted him professor of  the Research Center for Literary Theory& Aesthetics of Shandong University in 2004 and doctoral supervisor of Literature and Art specialty in June, 2006.
As a prolific author, he has published  more than 10 works, including History of Chinese Aesthetic Culture (Volume of the Qin,Han,Wei,Jin, Northern and Southern Dynasties), Interpretation of Chinese Aesthetic Culture, General Research on Middle Ancient Times Aesthetics Culture, Aesthetics and Bisexual  Culture, and issued more than 100 papers at Core Chinese Academic Journals, such as Literature and Art Studies, Literary Heritage,Literatrue Review,Social Science Journal, Academic Monthly, Chinese Culture Research, Chinese Comparative Literature, Journal of Literature, History and Philosophy.
Among them, Research on Ecological Aesthetics Seen From the Modern Anthropology was reprinted by XinHua Digest, 19 papers like The spirit of May Fouth and Literature of New Era, Wangbi’s Metaphysics and Chinese Aesthetics, Maternity Worship and Paternal Worship, the Aesthetic Effect of Model Opera and the Reform of Traditional Opera, The Western Aesthetics in the 20th Century  Chinese Cultural Context, On the Five Basic Forms of the Concept of “Ration” were fully copyed by Copy Data of Renmin Universtiy. In addition, his several papers has been reprinted, excerpted, introduced, quoted and commented by China University Academic Abstract, Xin Hua Digest, Guangming Daily, Digest Journal, etc. The total amount of his official publications is more than 2,500,000 words.
Prof. Yi is individually directing a project sponsored by National Social Science Fund, and is in charge of a key project of Humanities and Social Science of Ministry of Education. As the first-orientation leading expert, he is participating in a Key Research Project of Ministry of Education. He also took part in several research projects on nation-level and of Ministry of Education as major participant.
Awards, Grants, Honors:
Prof. Yi has won Ministry of Education Social Science Outstanding Achievements Prize (First Award) once and other more than 10 Social Science Outstanding Achievements Prize (Second award and Third award) on level of Province, east China and university.
