Professor Sun Jilin（孙基林）

Introduction：
Professor Sun Jilin, male, was born in 1958, in Feng county, Jiangsu Province. He graduated in 1983, the Chinese department of Shandong University. He is a professor, director of Modern Poetry Research Center of Shandong University (Weihai), and he works part-time as the member of Chinese Contemporary Literature Association, member of Shandong Modern Literature Association, etc. In college, he has written poems and together with Handong, Yang Zhengguang and Wang Chuanping, he set up “Yunfan” poetry society, which became one of the most important headstreams of later “the third generation of poetry”. After graduation, his major work is to teach and conduct research on Chinese modern and contemporary literature. His major research field lies in Chinese modern and contemporary literature and modern poetry. Major academic papers: Dissolution of Culture: Significance of the Third Generation Poems, Observation of Post-modernism Tendency of the Third Generation of Chinese Poems, Obscurity and Modernism, etc; Publications: On Poetry Tide of the New Era(co-author), Drifting Life· Zhu Xiang, Inner Eyes: Modern Poetry Manuscript, Rising up and Uproar: From Obscure Poems to the Third Generation; he also participated in the composition of Chinese Contemporary Literary History, which is national teaching material for college education organized by the Ministry of Education. He has been in charge of studies of narrative poetry in the new era (national level), Chinese contemporary poetry tide in the world literature pattern (the ministry of education), and several social science fund project of Shandong Province. He has won “Yun Gang cup” literature award of Chinese new literature association, the second prize of social science award in Shandong Province, Liu Xie Literature and Arts Evaluation award in Shandong Province, and was chosen as one of the top ten excellent youth poetry reviewer of contemporary china during non-governmental election.
